We guarantee our tools performance and can order prices before we start, to keep you on budget. Our technicians pre-inspect all tools before re-grinding to make sure that the damage or wear is repairable at an economical price. Due to volume, some tools are not feasible to re-grind vs. the cost of new. So we will not spend your money if we can provide a better solution for less expense.

High Performance End Mills

With the latest CNC technology and CAD/CAM capabilities we can re-sharpen all high performance, unequal index, variable helix, and variable geometric tools and provide re-coating service from OEM sources. With our in house inspection department and experience in cutting tools we can verify rake angles, relief angles, flute spacing, indexing and variable helixes and other geometrics to ensure OEM performance.

For years we have been re-sharpening major mfg. high performance drills to like new conditions. With the extensive use of today’s cutting tools, finish and edge conditions are important, which is why we use the latest CNC technologies and processes to provide re-grind services for the following:

We can alter to special diameter with less then .0002 tolerance for your application. We can add steps to enable you to chamfer holes in one step to increase your productivity and profits. We also re-coat all drills to material performance at a fraction of the cost of new.
